Will is a life long resident of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Masters in Outdoor Recreation. He decided 24 years ago he wanted to start his own business. A Cut Above lawn care was created. Will and his family live in Bowling Green that includes his wife, Emily, and two kids Allie (WKU Graduate) and Anne Logan (Student at WKU). They enjoy boating, spending time at the lake, and traveling in their spare time.

Chris joined A Cut Above in 2000 after spending three years learning the chemical business. Over 21 years of service and has lived in Bowling Green for quite most of his life. He moved to Bowling Green in 1979 with his family and is a 1990 graduate from Warren Central all the way to graduating from Western Kentucky University in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Casie and his daughters, Kendall, Lily Kate, and son Carson while camping.
